With a background in architecture and a passion for health and wellness, Milan is a 500-hour Comprehensively Certified Pilates instructor on a mission to create a more mindful and inclusive wellness space. She aims to make Pilates, health, and wellness more diverse and welcoming, one workout at a time.
Milan pursued comprehensive certification, and now, in addition to helping clients achieve the physical benefits of Pilates, she empowers them to experience the mental benefits as well — focus, mind-body connection, increased body awareness, and the confidence to reclaim their mobility.

Nicole's love of fitness has spanned over three decades. As a former NASM Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Director, and Group Exercise Instructor, Nicole's extensive knowledge of body mechanics and how to layer an effective class leaves her participants feeling challenged and invigorated. Her classes are innovative and core-centered.
Nicole's attention to detail and proper exercise form are the perfect combination for an effective yet fun class. Expect to unleash your full potential. She enjoys traveling, hot yoga, a nice craft beer and spending time with her husband and grown children.

Breanna is a certified personal trainer and movement coach with over 8 years of experience training and over 12 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Her background includes managing boutique fitness studios and corporate gyms, coaching group classes and individual training. Formats range from strength training, mat Pilates to boxing basics.
Grounded in her faith, Breanna believes that movement is a gift and a powerful tool for transformation — physically, mentally, and spiritually. Breanna is passionate about creating an empowering space where people feel strong, seen, and inspired to move with purpose. Her classes blend structure, energy, and intention — offering creative flows, motivational coaching, and a welcoming environment for all levels.

What sets Shayla apart is her creative approach to instruction. After earning her certification, she focused on creating uniquely engaging flows that blend classical and modern Pilates techniques, brought to life by curated playlists that make each class both challenging and genuinely enjoyable.
Shayla's commitment to accessible fitness shines through her community work. Whether you're trying Pilates for the first time or looking to deepen an established practice, Shayla creates an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Her teaching emphasizes proper form and mindful movement while adapting to each person's individual needs and goals, ensuring that Pilates principles meet you exactly where you are.
Shayla is also a trained actress with a passion for visual effects. On any given weekend, you'll find her exploring art, creating new playlists, enjoying nature, and fitness! -
