A private Pilates Day Retreat—an intimate winter reset held in a beautifully restored stone barn surrounded by nature. A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

This day retreat is priced at $175.00 and includes (2) Pilates session led by Ebene, a mindfulness workshop led by a licensed therapist as well as all food and drinks for the day. We also have gift bags for all attendees to say thank you for your support!

This retreat is capped at 25 to preserve a sense of togetherness and sisterhood.

Irene Anderson, NBCC, LCPC
Irene is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and former educator, with many years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and their families.
As an individual therapist and marriage counselor, she collaborates with clients to explore, empower, and develop effective coping skills specific to client’s unique strengths and struggles. Utilizing an eclectic and integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy , Person-centered, Play therapy and Expressive art therapy.
Her areas of clinical interest include couples, parenting, anxiety, depression, life transitions, as well as dealing with grief and loss.
